We are offering a special menu as part of the Pärnu Smelt Festival.
The spring sea brings with it something truly special – moments where simplicity and freshness meet. Our smelt is caught just as nature awakens, when flavors are at their most vibrant.

Lightly pan-fried, the fish retains its delicate texture, balanced by the subtle acidity of marinated fennel, the depth of charred tomato, and the fresh elegance of asparagus. A touch of lemon adds the final bright note, bringing all elements together in perfect harmony.

This dish is like a springtime walk by the sea – light, fresh, and memorable.
